Who we are

GetVetsHired is built and operated by Calegon LLC. It is self-service software you use to write your own resume — you stay in control of every word, and you decide where and when to send it.

What this is — and what it isn't

This is a tool that translates your military background into civilian-readable, ATS-friendly resume content. It is not a hiring service, a recruiting agency, or a staffing firm. We don't apply to jobs for you, contact employers on your behalf, or place you anywhere. We are not affiliated with the VA, the U.S. military, or any government agency.

No guarantee of interviews or offers

We help you say what you did clearly and get past the software that screens resumes first. We can't promise an interview, a callback, or a job — no resume tool honestly can. The ATS keyword score is an estimate of how well your resume matches a posting's language; it is a guide, not a guarantee that a human will read it or call you back.

Your content is yours

The service details you enter and the resumes you create belong to you. We use them only to build and improve your resume. We never sell your information, and we don't send your name, contact details, or photo to the AI — those are merged into your resume on your device. See our Privacy page for the specifics.

Free and Premium

Your first resume is free. Premium unlocks unlimited builds, every template, job-tailoring with an ATS match score, and extra export formats — currently $39.99/quarter (billed quarterly · cancel anytime) or $24.99/month. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice.

Billing and cancellation

Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. There are no contracts and no lifetime upsells. Cancel anytime in one click from your account — your access continues through the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Acceptable use

Use the tool to represent your own real experience honestly. Don't submit content that's false, that isn't yours, or that you don't have the right to use. You're responsible for what your finished resume says about you.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." We work hard to make it useful and accurate, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes from your job search. To the extent the law allows, Calegon LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the tool.
